Export Administration, Programmer, Appsheet, Odoo Or Excel / Google Sheet

Position: Export Administration Specialist, Developer (Odoo and Google Script)

Responsibilities:

1. Curating Orders: Efficiently manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
2. Creating Invoices and Packing Lists: Prepare essential documentation for shipments, maintaining meticulous records.
3. Export Documentation: Navigate international regulations and compliance requirements for coral and fish exports.
4. E-Commerce Platform Enhancement:  Maintain and improve our existing AppSheet platform for customer purchases., enhancing user experience and streamlining processes.
5. CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Ensure smooth operation of our CRM system (also built on AppSheet). Maintains strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
6. Odoo Expertise: Improve Odoo as our ERP system, optimizing business workflows from inventory management to financial tracking.
7. Business Flow Analysis: Evaluate and Analyze existing processes and propose innovative solutions. Streamline export documentation while adhering to government regulations. identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions.
8. "Willing to Work in Bali and Be Placed Outside Bali
9. Due to the nature of our export business, Working hours may shift to evenings or early mornings.
    

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
   

• Tech-Savvy: 
  • Proficiency in Python for Odoo development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for Google Scripts.
  • Prior exposure to AppSheet and Odoo customization.
• Analytical Mindset:
  • Ability to analyze business flows, dissect business flows and recommend improvements.
  • Problem-solving skills to address unique challenges in coral and fish exports.
• Team Player:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Passion for marine conservation is a plus!
