Export Administration Staf

Requirements :

• Minimum S1 all majors
• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the Shipping Industry / Palm Oil Industry
• Having skills in the field of Freight Forwarder/Logistics/Transport.
• Able to speak English
• Able to adapt in new environment
• Have the knowledge the exim process

Job Descriptions :

• Understand documents ex
• Understand customs documents (PEB, Form 3D, NPE,)
• Compile and provide reports on export activities
• Checking and confirming shipping documents (COO, BL, SR, etc)
• Able to use Ms. Office and SAP System (SO, DO, Billing, PGI and Shipment)
• Coordination with agents related to export and import
