Uraian Tugas

Job description:

  • Handle all documentation, such submitting Final SI, PEB, and VGM to shipping lines and checking BL for export and import shipment.
  • Arranged delivery BL to the customer.
  • To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and following the right system a procedure in order to achieve excellent service.
  • Liaising with agents and sending pre-alerts.
  • Handle customer request and Communicate customers as well as maintains a good relationship.
  • Have a knowledge about the procedure, regulation and all supporting documents of export & import.
  • Monitor and coordinate the progress of export & import shipments and update reports to customers.
  • Handle questions and resolve issue or complaints that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding in the same position.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Excel/Word/Internet/Email).
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Responsible and can work proactively.
  • Detail oriented, fast learner and self-motivated.
