Export Import Assistant Manager - Cikarang

Requirements:

• Holds Bachelor Degree in Transportation or Financial Management Major (any related major)
• Have minimum 3 years experiences as EXIM (Export Import) Supervisor or minimum 1 year experience as EXIM Assistant Manager in Manufacturing Industry especially Medical Device Manufacturing will be preferred 
• Have a good knowledge about EXIM process, document rules, and regulations
• Able to coordinate with Assistant Manager or other Manager from different Department and vendors
• Manage relationship with customer and government institutions

Job Description:

• Coordinate import/export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to imports and exports.
• Monitor and analyze import/export data to identify compliance issues and take corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the import/export compliance database.
• Ensuring the monitoring process for delivery schedules is carried out correctly.
• Ensure the documents for the custom clearance process to the forwarder, and PPJK have been prepared, and delivered before the shipments arrives.
• Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import/export processes and paperwork.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports and exports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with foreign governments, customs authorities, and other relevant organizations.
• Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.
