Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all export import process and documentation activities. Act as local liaison for export import activities and work closely with Custom Agent, Forwarder and supplying / receiving contact person in charge to ensure all process and documentation comply with Indonesia Custom Regulation.
- Be responsible for planning, monitoring and follow up export import schedule and update related department accordingly.
- Be responsible for the Invoicing activities for both export and local sales. Prepare and generate Invoice timely to avoid delay.
- Lead the continuous improvement at the export import area and Invoicing process to be able to perform in a very effective and efficient process.
Job Requirements:
- University graduated in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related Supply Chain field.
- Good understanding about Indonesia Custom Policy especially related to Bonded Zone area (preferable hold “Ahli Kepabeanan Certificate”)
- Min 5 years’ experience in Export Import
- Effective Communication both in Bahasa / English
- Analysis skill, making decision.
- Good understanding about all system that being use by Indonesia Custom Authority.
- Understand procedures, regulations, and licenses.
- Understand Export import documents and the necessary permit Bonded Area
- Understand the process of IT Inventory, and local docs moving (ex: BC 4.0 BC 4.1 BC 3.0 BC 2.7 BC 2.5 BC 2.3, etc)
- Understand the process of PIB/PEB, Notul, HS Code, Lartas, COO, INSW, E-SKA module.
