Export Import Supervisor - Transsion

Job Responsibilities:

• Based on actual business needs, identify and classify the HS CODE of imported goods (SKD of mobile phones, other electronic products, etc.)
• Cooperate with customs clearance agencies to operate the declaration of imported goods
• Responsible for communication and coordination with customs and commodity inspection, and solving problems and disputes during the declaration and review process of import and export goods.
• Provide timely solutions to various import and export problems to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods and compliance with import and export regulations
• Monitor changes in relevant policies and regulations, and promptly adjust import and export processes and strategies according to company needs

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in Indonesia import customs process and related requirement
• Understand Indonesia’s customs policies and HS code
• Trouble-shooting (including customs cargo checking, audit etc.) coordination for customs incidents
• Be able to use English proficiently at work
• Skilled in using Excel and other office software
• Applicants with experience in the mobile phone industry or electronic products industry will be given priority
