External Affair & CSR (Mining - Kalimantan Utara)

Requirement :

• Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree in Social Politics or Public Relation from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
• Having minimum 5 years experience working on Community Relations or External Relations in mining industry
• Have education related to about Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR)
• Having basic level POP certifications
• Experienced in outreach, community engagement and facilitation with multiple stakeholders
• Have a good relationship with local office and local government such as Village Head, Manpower Office, etc.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and enhance harmonious relationship between Company and local communities / local government / local non-governmental organizations
• Have the understanding to give solicit input and recommendation on community issues
• Ability to prepare report to keep informing on progress status and community issues
• Independent, able to work under pressure, strong analytical skill, attention to details
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to work as a team or individually
• Willing to work at Sebakis, Kalimantan Utara with 8:2 roster
