External Relation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Stakeholders Mapping & Engagement Strategy
• Handling external and internal Grievances that occur in Plantation Sites
• Assess stakeholders expectations and provide the company with analysis and recommendations base on these assessment
• Develop a proactive engagement strategy to foster collaboration and build mutually beneficial relationships
• Facilitate support from stakeholders for land return and conflict resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Social Development, Public Relation, Forestry or Law
• Min. 5 years proven working experience in Forestry, Mining, or Oil Palm Company
• Have experience in liaising with various stakeholders.
• Have a good communication & negotiation skills.
• Have a good understanding regulations related to plantation permit
• Willing to be place in North Kalimantan
