FaaS Manager (Farm Manager background)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Coordinate all Mitra in their area
  • Acquire and evaluate Mitra
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process of onboarding Mitra: agreement, consumables, crop pattern, price, qty, RAB 
• Check/validate cropping pattern, make sure it runs as planned
• Ensure smooth inbound to WH
• Problem solving. Give alternative solutions if there are any Mitra problems
• Make sure/to check and review FaaS data for Monthly and Daily Push and Pull
• Responsible for FaaS metrics dashboard (production volume, consumables, Mitra revenue, and yield tracking)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural/Farming/Harvesting
• Have 5 years experiences working in Farm industry (Fruits, Vegetables)
• Have an experience dealing with farmers or Mitra in Indonesia
• Have a good communication and negotiation skill
• Able to learn fast regarding new farming business
• willing to be placed in banding or other city depends from company needs
• Able to speak English is a PLUS
