Responsibilities:
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met according to the standard
- Monitoring sub-contractors and vendors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Handling all the administration duties regarding client’s projects not limited to receiving incoming calls and placing outgoing calls
- Create, maintain, and be accountable for the scheduling of planned preventive and maintenance including establishing work orders and period orders with contractors
- Handling building license and permit
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably from Civil/Architect/Mechanical/Electrical.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience in Facility/Building Management is an advantage
- Possess a strong work ethic, diligence and detail oriented.
- Excellence in interpersonal and communication abilities both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in preparing reports
