Facility Engineer (Based In Bali)

Uraian Tugas

Perform maintenance monitoring repairs to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned
Maintains responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance and technical proficiency
Operate safely, be aware of hazardous condition, report all unsafe condition
Completion of PPMs and reactive tasks and update to Facilities Coordinator in order to meet contractual obligations.
Ensure that daily checks are completed and repair or report if any defects
Where necessary be available to attend out of hours calls when required or when working the on-call shifts (including on public holidays).
Comply with both statutory and company health, safety and environmental regulations and policies.
Timely implementation and recording of all statutory inspections
Ensure all the Service Provider worksheets are signed off that quality of work is inspected and recommendations are escalated to the Engineering Manager/Supervisor/Lead Engineer
Will be expected to operate and trouble shoot all building systems but not be limited to the following:
Mechanical
Generator
Plumbing
HVAC
Fire prevention and detection systems
AC, DC 1 phase and 3 phase motors
UPS systems, batteries, static switches and associated controls
Low voltage switch panels and associated breakers
