Requirements:
- Must have experience 8 - 10 Years of experience in Facility Maintenance and Energy Supply System
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering Field
- Good communication in English is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of production process and machinery
- ability to read and interpreter technical drawing and machinery
- proficient in computer program such as excel, power point, word, autoCAD
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate activity with engineer team for machine specification, installation, process preparation, and archieve quality, delivery, cost, safety, regulation, etc
- Supervise engineer team follow company policy, rule & regulation
- Make and follow up action plan, project schedule, budget control with engineer team
- Monitoring and report to higher position that concern process preparation and control
- Promote Kaizer activity, 5S, Safety, Environtment Activity
