Factory Management & Quality Advisor Staff - Manufacturing - Palembang (B-94713)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Palembang.
• Our client is aJapaneseManufacturingcompany. Currently, they are looking for Factory Management & Quality Advisor Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding company's direction related production and quality.
• Finding the issues to make solution and making plan for project to improve as solution.
• Communicate with each Factory Manager/QC/Manufacturing division and find problems and solutions. Urge KAIZEN.
• Working at factory (Palembang & Jambi)
• Business trip to Jakarta for 1-2 weeks every month.
• Report to Japanese.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years experience as Production Engineering or Production in Manufacturing company (Understanding 5S, ISO, Kaizen project).
• Willing to stay in Palembang and Jakarta.
• Business level English.

• Working experience in Rubber industry or other chemical industry.
• Stable career.
• Familiar with Sumatra culture.
