Job Descriptions
Intellectual Contributions:
- Maintain Intellectual Contributions database to ensure all the required information is available and up to date
- Update Intellectual Contributions database from each respective faculty and other relevant sources (RTTO, Research unit in JWC, etc.)
- Ensure the availability of IC evidence as stated in IC database whether in hardcopy or softcopy format
- Organize and monitor activities to increase the IC quantity and quality from the faculty in inclusive programs (e.g. seminar/workshop in Scopus journal writing)
- Provide data analysis in academic development related to IC and provide recommendations to ensure an effective distribution of Faculty Qualification in the inclusive program
- Assist to provide BBS funding administration on Scopus Conference for BINUS Business School faculty members
- Compile data related to research and/or publication from lecturers
- Oversee activity accomplishment to complete qualification
- Enhance research and publication submission
- Assist the completion and writing of iSER/Progress report, especially:
- Standard 2. Intellectual contributions, impact, and alignment with mission
- Standard 15. Faculty qualifications and engagement
Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
