Farm Worker  

• Records information about crops, such as pesticide use, yields, or costs.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical equipments.
• Identify plants, pests, and weeds to determine the selection and application of pesticides and fertilizers.
• Repairs farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
• Directs and monitors the work of casual and seasonal help during planting and harvesting.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in farm working
• With experience in helping with the day-to-day tasks and long projects in the farm
• High School graduate
