F&B Attendant Trainee/Intern

Role Description:

As a F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with food and beverage orders and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Relevant education background

• Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations

• Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated, a team player
