Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop sales calendar for the assigned business platforms which should resonate with marketing strategies and master marketing plan.
- Plan and manage sales budget with post evaluation analysis & monitor and identify market trends.
- Plan and develop annual sales strategic plan to grow the assigned business platform.
- Work closely with Marketing and Social Media Specialist to develop marketing objectives and strategies for ATL/BTL programs and ensure good execution.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage existing partnership with banks and establishing new ones for events and program.
- Coordinate the execution of planned partnership initiatives end-to-end (including proposal development, negotiation with partners, initiative lock down, initiative delivery/execution, result monitoring & evaluation).
- Plan and implement a strategic charity program to deliver CRM strategies across the organization and retain existing customers.
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately.
- Direct selling to potential customers with collaborations, corporate sales, events, bazaars, projects, etc., to increase sales on a large scale.
- Work closely with malls regarding mall promotions and events, other brands collaboration, discounts, Visa, or bank promotions.
- Actively follow up on offers to potential customers and maintain good relations and represent the company’s interests towards all customers.
- Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth and widen customers based – additional new customers every month.
- Responsible to achieve, increase sales target and sales collections.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor & market trends.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to generate sales.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree Marketing / Mass Communication / Public Relation or equivalent from reputable university.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven experience with a sound understanding of marketing and branding.
- Strong analytical skill, Leadership skill and data driven thinking.
- Fluently spoken and written English.
