Job Descriptions :
1. Communicate in a friendly, tactful, and professional manner with guests, suppliers as well as colleagues.
2. Provide information regarding the hotel’s facilities & services.
3. Be informed and keep your supervisor informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel’s service, or reputation.
4. Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards.
5. Be flexible and open to change in your job responsibilities, work area and/or roster to meet business needs.
6. Report all problems pertaining to guest’s satisfaction with reference to reservations and seating procedures immediately to F&B Supervisor and Restaurant Manager
7. Check the restaurant service area and the Menu before service begins
8. Maintain all table allocations
9. Follow all procedures and reservation systems
10. Greet customers, promptly and within the Soori Bali service standards, in a friendly manner.
11. Acknowledge any repeat guests as such, and greet them by name
12. Make accurate and detailed reservation records.
13. Take care of the guest’s inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
14. Escort guests to table and assist them in seating (ladies first).
15. Know seating patterns to prevent overcrowding, and use seating flow plans
