Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure invoices for store orders are processed
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Maintain accurately and update sales and customer database
- Monitoring and follow-up of shipments with the logistics team
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma degree in any major
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or logistics administration
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, specifically in Excel / Google Spreadsheets
- Great Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Have a personal vehicle and an active driver's license
