About The Role: Overall description of the job

Field Engineer Development Program is a program to develop engineer support professional in the Company to support business extension in the future. This is a one year program which provide technical aspect of our business in Fire, Safety and Security system and equipped them local and overseas certification which required by our customers.

Within one year program, participants will learn as well as assignment to do the job in engineer areas as required and also assigned to specified project to boost up their competencies and personal project required by the company.

At the end of the program, participants will present the project or assignment result within the one year program. The participants shall be ready for further assignment across  Indonesia areas.

What You Will Do: Main responsibilities and task

• Knowing the system and product of the company.
• Local and overseas training/certification 
• Project assignment (Maintenance or Retrofit) of the company.
• The Upskill participants will be accompanied by a Mentor/Coach which will be assigned by the company.

Who we are looking for: Qualifications: experience, education and competences

• Diploma Degree in Engineering from reputable University.
• Minimum GPA 3.25
• Full commitment to join the full program (1 year Program).
• Willing to explore their knowledge and competencies in Fire, Safety and Security business.
• Good analytical thinking, Agile, innovative, problem solver, detail orientation.
