Provide discipline specific engineering services to clients, and technical support and supervision within the discipline and to other disciplines.

1.Location: Pomalaa Southeast Sulawesi
2. Rotation leave: 8 weeks on site, 2 weeks off
3. Contract duration: 20 months
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required Job Specific Knowledge:

Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.

Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Understand and apply the Quality Management System

Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes to scope comply with project change management processes

Assist with and if required prepare project documentation such as proposals, estimates, budgets and schedules

Conduct or contribute to appropriate studies, analyses and recommend actions

If required, prepare and/or oversee the production of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports

Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures

Aid and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

For example, write requisitions, conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders.Industry Specific Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years' experience a Field Engineer or similar role.

Prior experience in mining industry and/or resources industry is advantageousEducation – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training (minimum):

Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation)HSE Capability:

Have the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSEIT Skills:

Competent in relevant Microsoft Office software

Familiarity with project management software tools is an advantage.People Skills:

Excellent communication skills.

Work as part of a multi-discipline team.Other:

Broad understanding of the mining and construction scene in Indonesia

Understand and apply the HSE procedures to ensure safety of self and other workers in the workplace.

Understand and apply the procedures forming the Quality Management System.

Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost-effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.

Focal Point for recommending training and development requirements for any subordinate planning personnel.

Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Mining, Minerals and Metals Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management using computer-based planning and scheduling techniques.

Demonstrate major project planning skills.

Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the relevant Quality Assurance system

Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
