Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models on our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online and offline training.
• Handle coaching and mentoring of trainees.
• Conduct training evaluations.
• Carry out training reviews and visit trainees in each store area.
• Prepare materials and update training materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Have min. 1 years of experience as Trainer (beauty industry will be a plus)
• Willing to work mobile to monitor areas.
• Great communication skill.
• Willing to be located in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
• Interested and have knowledge about Beauty Industry.
