Finance & Accounting Asst Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Coordinate and lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop finance and accounting team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on financial management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
