Finance & Accounting Officer

As a Finance and Accounting Officer, you will prepare financial records and transactions, assist with tax and audits, as well as provide paperwork for regulatory reporting. The applicant should have high attention and passion for delivering high-quality accounting work.

Whom we are looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this field. Preferably in fashion retail & imported garment industry
• Good knowledge of finance and PSAK
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
• Have a good understanding of Indonesian Tax regulations (having certification of Brevet A & B is preferred)
• The candidate has to be computer savvy, proficient in Ms. Office and familiar with Quickbooks accounting software
• Reliable and diligent in your work
• A good communicator and team player, engaging well with your teammates, superiors and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English

What you will do:

• Performing the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents of records
• Preparing other necessary supporting document, e.g., reconciliation, detail account, fixed asset register, etc
• Preparing the financial statement
• Assisting budgeting and forecasting
• Preparing monthly or annual company tax compliance
• Supporting other tax activities
• Taking care of files/accounting administration including contracts, financial reports, taxation and other administrative matters
• Assisting cash flow planning, payment and repayment schedules and tax optimization strategies
• Preparing investor report
• Complete other tasks assigned
