Finance & Accounting Officer

PT Carsurin Tbk is now looking for potential candidates for a position as Finance & Accounting Officer to be placed in our Kendari Branch. As a Finance and accounting Officer, you'll contribute to cost control, the invoicing process, account payable verification, filling & AR management.

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably Minimum 1-2 year of working experience in the same position.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Tax and Accounting Systems.
• Good communication, discipline, neat, detail-oriented, perform teamwork spirit, time, and data management.
• Capable of performing effectively and maintaining productivity under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Work location: Morowali (Central Sulawesi) & Sofifi, Halmahera (North Maluku).

Responsibilities :

• Able to do payment verification and document validation.
• Input day-to-day transactions to internal systems.
• Payment monitoring and making related invoices to client.
• Maintain GL transactions and filing any documents.
• PDO & PPDO.
• Generate invoice on daily basis, final checking (price, qy, additional, and invoice requirement).
• Liaise with sales admin, operation admin & tax regarding invoice.
• Invoice documentation.
• Update Air Way Bill Number in Google Sheet & Accounting System.
• Prepare sending invoice & attachment to client and make sure invoice has been sent.
• Other administration related task.
• Maintain general ledger transactions and filling any documents.
• Making and managing PDO and PPDO.
