Finance Accounting Supervisor - Surabaya

-        Aged maximum 30 years old

- Candidate must posseses at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

-     At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Preferably Finance Accounting Supervisor specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent from Restaurant or Hospitality or F&B

-        Oversee Accounting daily operations

-   Take responsibility for account payable/receivable, cash recipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust accounts statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity ect

-    Monitor and analyse accounting data

-    Regulary produce financials reports or statements

-     Willing to be placed at Surabaya

-        Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities :

-        Take responsibility for account payable/receivable, cash recipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust accounts statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity ect

-        Record daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy.

-        Generate and process invoices for clients or business partners.

-        Track, verify, and manage company expenditures.

-        Calculate and process employee salary payments following company policies.

-        Ensure balance between company financial records and bank statements.

-        Handle financial data input into accounting software systems.

-        Prepare monthly or periodic financial reports for management.

-        Ensure compliance with tax regulations and relevant financial laws.

-        Communicate and coordinate with the finance team and related departments/outlets.

-        Maintain and organize financial documents and transaction records meticulously.
