Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Job Purpose:

The Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The Manager ensures that the organization's financial processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial information by reviewing and reconciling all accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support decision-making.
• Manage tax compliance and preparation of tax returns, ensuring timely filing and payment of all taxes.
• Maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial operations.
• Assist with the administration of business process operations, including purchasing, production, inventory, sales, marketing, and logistics.
• Provide financial analysis and support to various departments to assist with decision-making.
• Stay current with relevant accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
• Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Min. 8 years of experience in financial administration and execution, with having exposure to lead team minimum 2 years
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Experience with creating financial statements via ERP/SAP/Odoo is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial accounting systems, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
