Requirements :
- Mininimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor in manufacturing company
- Have Tax Brevet Certification A and B
- Experience in financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting software (Zahir, Myob, SAP, etc)
- Experience in SIUL & LLD, KPPK, KPPK Atestasi and SIMODIS.
- Experience with external audits and regulatory compliance.
- Good communication in English both oral or written, Japanese is preferred
- Willing to work in Karawang
Job Descriptions :
- Handling Account Payable & Receivable (Monitoring aging of account payable & receivable).
- Monitoring entries in the general ledger (journal) on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
- Handle all the activities related to banks.
- Review and approval of invoices.
- Stock opname finish goods (monthly & annual)
- Reconciling company’s bank account on weekly and monthly basis.
- Monthly financial report and the analysis.
- Preparing monthly report (SIUL & LLD), Quarter Report (KPPK) & Annual Report (KPPK Atestasi) to Bank Indonesia
- Handling SIMODIS
- Updating Bank Loan & Interest, Guarantee Fee & Interest Payment
- Perform all finance and accounting activities related to bank reconciliation and journal entries.
- Making SPT WHT 23, 26 and WHT 4(2), 21, VAT
- Preparing Renketsu data for Head Office
