Job description for F&A + HR Manager for HCCT Batam Indonesia

Position: Finance & Admin Manager (with HR Responsibilities)

Location: Batam, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management:

Preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.

Implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.

Liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

  1. Administration:

Overall administrative oversight of the manufacturing plant.

Management of office operations, facilities, and resources.

Oversight of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Coordination of office support functions such as reception, security, and maintenance.

  1. Human Resources:

Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff for the manufacturing plant.

Development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Payroll processing and benefits administration.


Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 2 to 3 years of working experience. 

Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Indonesia.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and HRIS systems.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
