Finance Administration Staff

REQUIREMENT :

• Fresh Graduate are Welcome
• Graduated from S1, Majoring in Accounting / Tax will be an Advantage
• Age maximum 26 years old
• Adequate and necessary command in English both oral and written.
• Computer literate, Ms Outlook, Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
• Able to work independent, proactive, attention to detail, time management, work to a deadline
• Good team player, communication and interpersonal skills

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage & Create Booking Confirmation, Invoices and Tax Invoices
• Responsible to Tax Invoices and Finance Administrative Reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Operation & Finance Team
• Report to Operation Coordinator
