This is a 6 months contract
Finance Analyst
Management Reporting & Submission
- Monthly P&L actual - IPA submission
- Quarterly P&L - RE/Flash RE
- PPV tool & dashboard submission review
- Coordinate the RE process for CPS, ensuring that the monthly RE is accurately compiled and submitted in accordance with the timetable and use the RE process
Budgeting Process
- Region Standard Process - to calculate standard cost for following year
- Business Planning Submission.- Coordinate annual Business Planning (BP) process for CPS by providing timely, relevant and accurate business analysis
Routine Activity
- Cycle count posting
- Costing Run. Costing run for new product & costing for revised BOM (Engineering change request)
- Maintain Open PO. Review & monitoring OPEN PO > 90 days where the data received from GFO Manila to be confirmed the status for each PO by getting confirmation from each
- Confirmation for vendor registration
- Month end closing activities (JV creation, KP97 open period etc).
- OPEX dashboard update, MRB dashboard for provision inventory.
Audit internal & external audit
- Coordination CAD and external auditors. Update risk and control Metrics according to chang in AIC
- Update LCOA in accordance of CPS Atlanta's DOA and ensure it compliance on daily basis.
- Prepare and ensure compliance of process Narrative
- Ensure CAD compliance in various functions
- Fully support to provide all data requirements needed for internal & external Audit
General Admin
Admin resource person for CPS ID
- Create monthly report for overtime, as well as transportation r -
- Collect billing for utilities (gas, electricity, telcom) timely especially for utilities - Assist with planning and execution of function events & large team offsite meetings, including coordinating with the venue banquet management, event organiser, etc.
- Liaise with HR SBP support for HR related events / communication eg. workshops,
- Support General Manager’s ad-hoc request. Support implementation of company requirements (KORE- QSE), Halal, and other adopted requirements.
Office Management
- Assuring office and pantry is neat
- Manage the general communication in the Plant including the TV announcement, visitors, attendance information.
- Manage communication and coordination with third party for external file storage and ensure old files are regularly transferred to third party for filing.
General Affairs
- Be a backup for HR SBP to prepare service awards and life event sharing in the monthly Town Hall.
- Gifts arrangement for associates in the event of bereavement, farewell as applicable per the Company policy, distribute merchandise and send life event announcement.
- Coordinate for uniform re-order.
- Coordinate catering service with the vendor, making sure vendor is in compliance to the local regulation for catering service.
- Coordinate logistics for visitors at the plant (ground transportation, queries around visa, meals).
