We are now looking for a position as an Finance Anlayst areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
- Excellent in English communication, writing and good presentation skills.
- Minimum 5 years experiences working in Finance on Manufacturing MNC
- Strong analysis skills, good understanding on accounting and finance process
- Hold any lean process management certification (six sigma, IQRS,etc) is a plus
- Advance excel skills.
- Ability to work independently with close coordination with other finance team members and other functional leads.
- Close attention to detail
- Work placement is in Sidoarjo East Java
Responsibilities:
Responsible on periodic and ad hoc site management reporting
Responsible for the product costing, selling price structure, CM analysis and support for margin improvement.
Lead working capital improvement, cost saving initiative, profit enhancement including monitoring and tracking company’s financial KPI.
Handling forecasting and budgeting including monitoring the achievement, analyzing the gap and lead alignment with cross function PIC.
Support, review and analysis for any capex proposal and projects
