Finance Business Partner

We are from Vasanta Group and currently looking for “Finance Business Partner” with details as below

Job Description:

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making including present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Analyze financials data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Timely monthly closing analysis and other regular reporting submission of local and regional requirement.
• In charge of budgeting and forecasting process for respective spending areas, ensuring accurate and timely financial plans.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives in the property sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles within the property or real estate sector is a must
• Strong understanding of property development financials and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with property development teams.
• Knowledge of real estate accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
