Requirement:

• Energetic individu 
• At least Bachelor Degree with GPA minimal. 3,00
• Minimum have 1 year experience as finance AR, AP & Treasury
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with SAP system
• Detail oriented
• Well organized
• Love to work with numbers
• Able to handle administrative things
• Willing to be placed in APL Tower, Jakarta Barat

SHIPPING INVOICES FOR CUSTOMERS

Sending bills to customers, either through collectors or expeditions

Job Descriptions:

• Checking money into the bank
• Process Delivery Notes for customers in the area of responsibility according to procedures
• Input all payment data received according to the respective bank
• Following up bills
• Create accounts receivable reports for customers
• Payment monitoring
• Create outstanding A/R reports
• Release credit terms for customers
