Requirements:
- Candidate must be possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management.
- Experience in Finance & GA minimum 1 (one) year.
- Having advances skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Used to working under pressure and tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
- Willing to work in Bangka Belitung.
Job Description:
- Controlling and monitoring operational vehicle service letters, Salesman operational vehicle and maintenance schedule Product Support and Salesman operational vehicle.
- Handling office asset, stationary and other office operational needs through Purchase Request and petty cash according applicable terms.
- Scratch overtime if there’s not according to rule and applicable procedure.
- Receiving and managing spare parts both cash and gyro from customer and salesman (Cash In).
- Inputting petty cash claim data to company’s SAP system.
- Proceeding invoice that has been printed to Accounting Staff to be recorded and make receipt and handed to PSE Coordinator.
- Responsible for managing company’s finance in arranging payment process, and receiving payment that come from parts selling, also can arranging company’s cash need.
