Finance Lead (Treasury Background) - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Manage finance team and overseeing finance day-to-day operations, including billing, account receivables, accounts payables, and other financial operation matters.
• Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting
• Continuously tracking the company’s financial status and performance to identify area of improvement
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making.
• Overseeing and evaluating credit requests and payment collection from customer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 2-3 years in a treasury supervisor or managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production-oriented environment is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create financial models.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to convey financial information and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing business environments and take the initiative to drive financial improvements.
• Willing to be located at Metland Tangerang and able to join ASAP
