We are a company engaged in buying and selling construction materials and logistics since 2019, located at the Gold Coast Office Tower, North Jakarta. We are currently seeking candidates for Finance Manager positions.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Finance / Accounting Manager
- Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills,
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and Tax
- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
- Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
- Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
- Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses
- Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns
- Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report
- Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes
