Description
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and long-term investments. Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
Identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and resolve any tax-related issues.
Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to maintain integrity and transparency in financial operations. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations on capital allocation and asset management. Monitor investment performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions and organizational objectives.
Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Provide coaching and training to enhance skills and capabilities within the finance department.
Profile
- Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA)
- At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in similar roles
- Familiar with SAP/ Accurate/ Ms Dynamics
- You will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
- High level of ethics and integrity
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
- Business level of English language
