Position Summary :
The Finance Manager, RGMX Strategic Accounts will provide support for financial analysis of trade promotions within the Revenue Growth Management organization related efforts across business units for assigned customer (Albertson’s) in the Strategic Accounts region.
This individual will also provide support for ad-hoc pricing / promotion related projects and analysis as requested by the Sales team.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead financial analysis of pricing and promotional related efforts for customer (Albertson’s), with key spend being trade spend optimization across all KHC categories
- Build analyses and strategies for trade spend optimization, to maximize profitable growth and share
- Develop go to market strategies for customers based on national business strategy guidance
- Work with the sales team and ensure pricing actions are executed successfully and trade spend is efficiently spent for the assigned customers
- Partner with Sales Team and influence them in optimizing the promotional calendar to meet broader business strategy objectives
- Perform profitability assessment, optimization, and provide strategic assistance through lens of pricing and promotion for customer joint business plans
- Partner with internal capabilities team to develop and maintain relevant digital tools to support key routines
- Support the Sales Team in annual negotiations with assigned customer(s)- providing recommendations that meet both customer and company needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree required (in business related field preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in finance required (CPG experience preferred)
- Prior experience in Revenue Management, Sales Finance, or Category Finance related roles preferred
- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel with ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
- Strong ability to manage by influence,
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
- Ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional team members
- Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
