Job Description

Job Overview:
Responsible for managing financial records, coordinating Procurement Administration, and liaising with internal general affairs to facilitate efficient operations. 
Key responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  2. Accounts Payable: verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely payment.
  3. Accounts Receivable Management: monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with internal account services for payment collection
  4. Budget Monitoring: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  5. Procurement Coordination: Coordinate procurement registration, such as vendor registration and database maintenance
  6. Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports for reimbursement within the cut-off time and company financial calendar
  7. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to finance and procurement.
  8. Documentation Management: Maintain organized documentation related to financial transactions, contracts, and procurement database.
  9. Handle general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies and agreements.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or accounting
  • Previous experience in finance, procurement, or administrative roles is essential.
  • Understand in financial management principles, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping,
  • Highly organized in data entry and documentation management.
  • Proficiency in financial software systems such as slack, zoom, dropbox
  • Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends
