We are looking for multiple Finance & Admin Associates to join our team in Jakarta.

You will work actively on providing clients statement of account to both the account manager and the clients.

What you will do
- Generate Invoices and Tax Invoices
- Complete and prepare supporting documentation in accordance to client's billing requirements.
- Liase with other relevant departments to obtain the supporting documents.
- Petty Cash Management and Report
- Responsible on all the administrative tasks to include filling documents and monitoring the expiry dates and completion of certain documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance & Admin team and to the other department (if Required).
Our Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or Graduates with 1 - 2 years working experience is welcome
- D3/S1 Degree of Accounting (S2 is an advantage)
- Comfortable with tight deadlines
- Proficient in English is an advantage
- Holds Brevet AB Certification ( C is an advantage)
