Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: 

• Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
• Review all financial filings, reports, and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.

2. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies, to address any compliance-related matters.

3. Management Information Systems (MIS):

• Develop and maintain robust MIS to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial insights.

4. Audit Management:

• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and responses to audit queries.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial targets.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry or a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, MIS development, and reporting tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
