Our client is a family theme park company at Bali, Indonesia, currently is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
Responsible for supporting financial decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and reporting to optimize performance.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Present reports on key financial metrics to senior management.
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
- Monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to strategic business planning based on financial insights.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in budgeting and management reporting process.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex data effectively.
- Strong Microsoft excel skill.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
