Financial Controller

Job Description :

• Act as strategic advisor to CFO to drive & steer business performance
• Support business planning and annual budgeting & forecasting
• Provide financial guidance for financial planning & forecasting
• Support business performance review on regular basis
• Final review on financial report for timely consolidation
• Full analysis on audited financial reports
• Conduct audit for legal & operational compliance
• Lead budgeting including budget strategy
• Monthly performace analysis report to drive improvement
• Support CFO in navigating business decision

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in accounting/finance field, preferably with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) accreditation
• Experience 5 years in Management Reporting positions
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented
• Good communication
• Excellent presentation Skills
• Experience to prepare materials presentation
