We are hiring:

Financial Planning & Analysis Officer (Batam)

Position Overview:

This is an exciting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role covering Batam and support Singapore and Manila (where is necessary). The key roles include budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, analytics, and looking for the improvement needed in team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the reporting and analysis of financial information to Management
• Annual, quarterly, and Monthly Financial Planning, target setting, and reporting for Revenue and Operating Expenses.
• Identify and analyze business (expenses, Revenue, costing, etc.) and monitor impact of key initiatives.
• Optimize and maintain continuous improvement (Process improvement, etc.)
• Provide additional support for APAC FP&A team where necessary
• Comply with company regulation and ensure the occupational safety and health standards are adhered to daily work.

Qualifications:

• Degree in accounting or its equivalent
• 3 years of experience in Financial Planning, preferably in Manufacturing environment and multi-national companies.
• Proficient in office products, especially in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate level engagement with business partners
• Able to effectively cope with ambiguity with passion for problem solving
• Attention to detail and demonstrated analytical skills - A logical, methodical, etc.
• Growth mindset – an ability to identify and drive process improvement
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
