Fit Out & Design

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Architecture
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and V-ray for Rendering or similar
• Comprehensive knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
• Excellent taste in design
• Understanding of technical drawing and ability to do cost estimation (BOQ)
• Good Communication skill, creative, proactive, hardworking, independent, Self-motivated, multitasking and responsible
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Good attention to detail
• Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply

Job Description :

• Review, daily supervise and coordinate all tenants Fit Out proposal and work based on building guideline and standard (including concept design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil)
• Conditioning unit space with MEPS division until hand over to tenant.
• Supervision of pull out tenants and process Fit Out deposit return
• Coordination with related division regarding tenant administration which must be completed prior to store opening
• Handling design and supervision for project in house
• Calculating Bill of Quantity for project in house
