Fix Plant Mechanic Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment and machinery, including crushers, conveyors, pumps, and piping systems
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and software systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
