Job description:
- Updating transport unit data in real-time
- Verifying daily Confirmation Order data with the Hub / Vendor
- Conducting monthly stock opname and creating a validation for the condition of each unit
- Daily monitoring of transport unit movements between Hubs / DCs and estimating travel expenses according to predetermined routes
- Ensuring the availability and validity of documents for each vehicle
- Updating handover data
- Communicating with transport unit vendors for vehicle procurement and extension of vehicle documents
- Ensuring the transport unit contracts are still valid
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- 1 year experience as Admin in the logistic industry / transportation management
- Humble, high Initiatives, analytical mind, detail oriented and good communication skill
- Eagerness to constantly learn and improve according to current needs
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes
- Able to use basic excel / spreadsheet formulas
- Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
