• Work well in the field and back office• Prepare and execute standard operating procedures for restaurant operations• Control daily restaurant operations and cleanliness, oversee all restaurant-related activities (service and kitchen)• Provide written and verbal reports to the company on restaurant operations (weekly and monthly)• Responsible for purchasing raw materials and all restaurant inventory• Handle customer complaints and feedback• Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the effectiveness and performance of all employees
Requirements
