Fluidcon Service Engineer

Main Accountabilities:

1.    Perform site survey, installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of FMS project.
2.    Perform maintenance and repair for Fluidcon product.
3.    Make documentation for all activities above including failure analysis, report to superior and client if required.
4.    Identify and assemble hose and fittings for FMS.
5.    Create daily activity report and system checking.
6.    Liaise with client and Epiroc team to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
7.    Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
8.    Describe production methods in detail (including equipment and software types to be used)
9.    Create detailed designs with computer-aided design software.
10.    Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow.
11.    Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
12.    Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
13.    Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
14.    Create manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features, and maintenance.
15.    Responsible for all tools and company equipment’s while on duty in the field or workshop.
16.    Comply with safety procedures and committed with the Implementation.
17.    Follow the rules determined by company or customer to do the job.
18.    Ensure SHEQ (Safety Health Environment & Quality) procedure has been implemented.
19.    Conduct Risk Assessment for SHEQ aspect regularly or when required.
20.    Immediately report to direct superior any “Near Miss, Accident or Incident”.
21.    Implementation of service strategy to achieve customer satisfaction.
22.    Responsible for all tools and company asset when conducting job either in workshop or field.
23.    To control and monitor the work in progress, timely closing, and invoicing of service jobs.
24.    To work closely with the aftermarket sales team to support the growth of aftermarket business through a team of professional and competent service-providers.
25.    To work in consultation with sales colleagues in supporting customers' needs for equipment sales.
26.    Check, control and evaluate the implementation of SHE system and procedure and identify potential hazard,
 

Job Requirements :

Educational Background:
-    Minimum Diploma in automotive, electric, or mechanical
-    Basic in Engineering, Architecture, or degree from a technical college
-    Technical/other training (preferred)
-    Good math skills.
-    English speak and write.

Experience:
-    More than 1 years experiences as Fluidcon product and 3 years mechanical drafter.

-    Basic electric.
-    Basic mechanical and tools.
-    Basic computer networking.
-    Windows office.
-    Communication.
